OrthoSleeve was founded in 2008 by Dave Higgins, who has built it into a "Three-Generation" company. His son, Josh, now serves as President, and his grandson, DK, is the Operations Manager. This family legacy is rooted in years of manufacturing leadership and medical device/sports industry consulting.

The FS6 Performance Foot Sleeve was our inaugural product, quickly becoming the benchmark for all OrthoSleeve offerings. Now, we are proud to introduce our KS7 Knee Sleeve/Brace, designed using medical-grade compression up to 20mmHg to fit snugly over the knee and up towards the thigh.

To ensure the correct fit, measure the circumference of your thigh 4 inches above the center of your kneecap. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best support. Our sleeves are meant to fit snugly, as the compression is key to maximizing circulation, balance, and stability, while reducing knee pain.

The KS7 features an easy-on design with our Stay-In-Place Gel System to prevent slipping. The thin, flexible material allows for discreet wear under clothing. Importantly, the release area behind the knee is lightly compressed to avoid any pinching or bunching of the skin.

In addition to general knee pain relief, the KS7 is designed to address specific conditions like patellar tendonitis, ACL/MCL injuries, meniscus issues, and arthritic knees. The Compression Zone Technology provides the targeted support needed to improve mobility and balance.

For the best fit, be sure to use our sizing chart and measure carefully. Hand wash the sleeve and air dry to maintain quality. We recommend wearing it for up to 8 hours at a time, taking a 2-hour break before resuming use.
